Paine Scenic Trail

Overview

One of the gems of Torres del Paine National Park is this trail. Infrequently visited and offering an intimate experience, it stands out as one of the most enriching corners of the area. We will commence our journey at Estancia Lazo, one of the park’s entrances, situated on the shores of Laguna Verde, beneath the Sierra del Toro. This trek begins by leading us into a small Lenga forest, guiding us to a broad valley where we will traverse undulating hills while enjoying breathtaking views of the Paine Massif. Along the way, we will encounter several lagoons, providing opportunities to observe various bird species that our guide will assist us in identifying. After approximately four hours, we will reach Mirador Toro, where we will have the chance to admire an extraordinary panoramic view of the park, featuring the Paine River, Lake Toro, Mount Balmaceda, and the Paine Massif. Throughout this journey, you will experience a profound connection with nature and the essence of Torres del Paine National Park.
